Children

Welcome! Children are precious and the faith of children is a gift from God! Shaping that faith is the privilege of parents, family, and the faith community. Gloria Dei seeks to support families and offer faith-shaping experiences for children at every stage of their development. Our programs incorporate Gloria Dei's Guiding Principles: we are rooted in beauty, compassion, love, justice, generosity, and Christ. We are intentional about finding ways for children to know they are valued and an important part of the congregation! Check out our many programs for your family below. Trunk or Treat

Trick or Treat in the Gloria Dei parking lot! Local businesses, groups and individuals will be decorating their vehicles trunk and handing out candy, books, stickers and more to children who attend. Come any time between 2:30 - 4:00 p.m. and you might also see a Fire Truck or meet the local police dog in costume. There will also be free popcorn and hot cocoa in the church for anyone who needs to warm up. If the weather is very bad then the event will take place in the Gloria Dei gym.
